Opening in times of Corona...
On 21 June the exhibition 'geel als citroen, rood als tomaat' (yellow as lemon, red as tomato) opens in Musuem Valkhof. It will be one of the first openings in the Netherlands in times of Corona, showing work that has been coming together in this complicated time with great help of our international clients.

In a large overview artist Erik Mattijssen and designer Ineke Hans show their work and relate to their mutual love for the common things with which we surround ourselves. With a leading role for intuition, room for wonder, surprise, comfort, music, animations, joy, love and new work.

In 2014/15 Ineke was the first Guest Professor at the Product Design course of the School of Arts & Design at the University of Kassel. The topics for six studio-salons are clear as are the first dates and speakers, see. 
The salons will hop around different East London studio's hosting limited groups of professionals from all over the design scene with an interest to join the furniture discussions. The first salon is fully booked, but if you are interested please mail to be added to the guestlists of one of the others.

Last summer Ineke stepped down from the board and organisation of OPA (Design Platform Arnhem) but till the end of 2015 she took care of OPA blogs with editor Peter Nijenhuis.

- A private client asked to design furniture for her small island in the Netherlands. This summer we delivered new sustainable outdoor furniture made of Accoya-wood by boat, see.

7-11 February, Stockholm Furniture Fair, stand A20:20:
for OFFECCT we designed a new contract furniture system, for working, waiting and contemplating. The single elements can stand alone or can be combined in projects, lounges and if you like at home!

Ahrend 380 became the studiochair for the Design Products department of the Royal College of Art.
Ineke will be external examiner to this years RCA Design Products graduates.
